The Northern Virginia Swimming League was founded in 1956 to sponsor competitive swimming and diving in and among the community swimming pools in that area of Northern Virginia contiguous to the District of Columbia, and to develop in the children participating in this program--

A love for the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship.

There was a real nail biter last night between Sideburn Run (35.5) and Cardinal Hill (36.5) with a TIE for 3rd place in senior boys. Wow! Read the results from this meet and others as they come in.

Results from July 8

All results are in and have been posted from the third week of the season. Another week with no thunderstorms that allowed an evening full of dives. With these results, there was yet another tie (that makes 4 for the season, and the second in Division 6).
Results for July 1

All results from Week 2 are now posted. Congratulations to Villa Aquatic for fielding a new team this season and winning its first meet. There were two ties this week Camelot and Fairfax Station tied in Division 6 Lee Graham and Pinecrest tied in Division 2. Through the second week of the season, 16 teams remain undefeated. Of these, 10 have a record of 2-0: Truro, Dunn Loring, Highlands Swim, North Springfield, Hamlet, Ilda, Fairfax, Dominion Hills, Woodley and Annandale. Two team have a record of 1-0: Villa Aquatic and Wakefield Chapel. And, 4 teams have one win and one tie: Lee Graham, Pinecrest, Camelot, and Fairfax Station.
Results from June 24 Meets
More than 800 Divers Compete in 23 Meets


All results are now posted from the first week of the season. More than 800 divers competed in 23 meets across Northern Virginia on Tuesday, June 24. Wakefield Chapel fielded it first dive team this season, and won it's first meet. We've had the first tie of the season, with division 4 teams Overlee and Hayfield Farms tied at 35-35. Congratulations to the teams and all the divers across Northern Virginia who competed in their first dive meet on Tuesday.
