Northern Virginia Swimming League-Diving

The Northern Virginia Swimming League was founded in 1956 to sponsor competitive swimming and diving in and among the community swimming pools in that area of Northern Virginia contiguous to the District of Columbia, and to develop in the children participating in this program--

A love for the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship.

The Wally Martin 3-Meter Championship is just around the corner. Details on meet and practice arrangements in the flyer post on the NVSL dive website (nvsldive.nvblu.com), it's in the document center, in the 2009 folder, under the 2009 Wally Martin 3 Meter Info folder. It was a beautiful night for diving in Northern Virginia as divers 46 community dive teams from Fairfax and Arlington Counties compteted in the first meets of the 2009 NVSL-Dive Season. Results have come in from 23 of the 23 meets that were held on Tuesday, June 23. Team scores are posted on the website.
