Northern Virginia Swimming League-Diving

The Northern Virginia Swimming League was founded in 1956 to sponsor competitive swimming and diving in and among the community swimming pools in that area of Northern Virginia contiguous to the District of Columbia, and to develop in the children participating in this program--

A love for the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship.

Yet another beautiful summer evening for diving across Northern Virginia. Team scores are being posted as they're received, and individual scores posted as each division's results are complete. With one meet remaining in the season, there are still six teams undefeated, including Truro (Div 1), Sleepy Hollow B&R (Div 3), Fairfax (Div 4), Hayfield Farms (Div 5), Fairfax Station (Div 6), and Walden Glen (Div 8).

Congratulations to Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet and Walden Glen for capturing the outright division championship in their divisions. Titles in all other divisions remain up for grabs. Good luck divers!
